Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

Processing may take slightly longer during holidays, promotional periods, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery to the United States generally takes:

7–15 business days after processing

Some orders may arrive sooner, but delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs inspections, severe weather, public holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Free Standard Shipping

Standard shipping to the United States is free.

Shipping costs are already included in our product prices, so customers will not be charged an additional standard shipping fee during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Tracking updates may take several days to appear after shipment. In some cases, tracking information may be limited while the package is transferred between international and local delivery carriers.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Delayed or Missing Orders

Multiple Packages

Products from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately. In this situation, you may receive multiple packages and separate tracking updates.
